Painting people watercolor exercise
The light-colored skin tone and vibrant red hair on this young woman was a great opportunity to challenge my students in the Painting People class. This exercise presented a terrific challenge for the class to learn how to paint a more porcelain skin tone. I then painted the background a bright pthalo green to complement the girl's hair color.
